These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Alolao Affiliate Program. By registering, the affiliate partner acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these terms without reservation.
Alolao: an entity offering storage services and managing the platform and affiliate program.
Affiliate: any individual or legal entity accepted into the Program to promote Alolao's services.
Affiliate link: a unique URL assigned to each affiliate, used to track customer sign-ups.
Customer storage activation: a new customer registration via the affiliate link, followed by the actual activation of a paid storage service.
Commission: the amount paid to the affiliate for each valid customer storage activation.
3.1. Registration is free and open to any individual of legal age or legally registered business entity.
3.2. Alolao reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and without justification.
The Affiliate agrees to:
Promote Alolao’s services lawfully, ethically, and in good faith;
Avoid deceptive, misleading, or prohibited practices (e.g., spam, fake reviews, misleading advertising);
Not damage the reputation, image, or integrity of Alolao;
Not self-refer or attempt to abuse the system for personal gain;
Respect Alolao’s intellectual property rights;
Follow best practices and promotional guidelines provided by Alolao.
5.1. Commissions are only paid for valid customer storage activations, meaning the customer must register via the affiliate’s link and successfully activate a paid storage service.
5.2. The commission amount per activation is specified in the affiliate dashboard. Alolao reserves the right to update the commission structure at any time with prior notice.
5.3. Commissions are credited in real time to the affiliate’s Alolao wallet once the activation is validated.
5.4. The affiliate may request a withdrawal from their wallet to their bank account at any time, provided the available balance is at least €10.
5.5. The affiliate must enter and verify valid bank details to initiate a withdrawal. Stripe Connect transaction fees may apply.
5.6. Alolao reserves the right to temporarily suspend or hold funds in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
6.1. This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon acceptance into the Program.
6.2. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, without reason, by providing written notice (email is sufficient).
6.3. In the event of a breach of these terms, Alolao reserves the right to immediately terminate the affiliate’s participation, cancel unjustified commissions, and block access to the program without compensation.
Alolao shall not be held liable for any indirect losses or damages suffered by the affiliate. No specific level of earnings is guaranteed. The affiliate operates independently and at their own risk.
Collected data is processed in accordance with Alolao’s privacy policy. Data is used solely for managing the affiliate program and is never sold to third parties.
Alolao may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or their account dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes implies full acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the jurisdiction where Alolao’s registered office is located shall have exclusive competence.
